Shoden offers various Support Services, which underpin our offerings, these services assist our clients to implement and maintain the “Data Center Advantage”.   

High level support services include:

  • Installation services – Installation services are offered on a basic and advanced level. We install and configure the solutions we sell to our clients and train their staff on the handling of all equipment provided to them.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Support Services - Shoden holds a substantial inventory of spares in order to enable us to support our clients within the quickest time possible with equipment and maintenance requests.
  • Onsite Maintenance Support Services – Shoden offers onsite maintenance support services based on the client’s requirement and needs.

Shoden prides its self on the high level of skills it brings to the market, which enable us to offer the highest level of support services to our clients . Shoden’s skill sets include; server and storage specialists, storage area network (SAN) specialists, backup management specialists, networking expertise as well as z/OS,Unix, Linux and Windows Enterprise System architects and engineers.
